1. Who we are

findprop.ai (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered property search service for the UAE real estate market, operated at www.findprop.ai. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@findprop.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use findprop.ai:

• Account information: your name and email address, collected when you register via Auth0 (our authentication provider). You may also sign in via Google or another identity provider, in which case we receive the profile information that provider shares.
• Conversation data: the property search queries you enter and the AI responses generated, stored to power your conversation history.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information (collected via Google Analytics).
• Authentication tokens: short-lived JWT access tokens and, if you stay logged in, refresh tokens stored in your browser's local storage via Auth0.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the property search service.
• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To save and display your conversation history.
• To understand how the service is used and improve it over time.
• To contact you about significant changes to the service or your account (we will not send marketing emails without your consent).

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Auth0, authentication and user management (auth0.com/privacy)
• OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI, AI language model responses. Your queries are sent to these providers to generate responses; they are subject to their respective usage policies.
• RapidAPI / Bayut, live UAE property listing data.
• Vercel, hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google Analytics, anonymous usage analytics.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to persist your authentication session (via Auth0). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Google Analytics sets cookies to track anonymous usage patterns; you can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@findprop.ai.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your conversation history.
• Object to certain processing activities.

8. Children

findprop.ai is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
