All property listings displayed are sourced from third-party databases and are provided for informational purposes only. findprop.ai makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information.
• The availability of any property at the time of viewing.
• The accuracy of prices, which may be subject to change by the listing agent.

Always verify listing details directly with the listing agent or property developer before making any decisions. findprop.ai is not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

4. AI-generated content

Responses generated by the AI may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making property decisions.

5. User accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
